Lovely placemats and coasters, and wonderful customer service. We ordered the Ekotemplet placemats with the matching coasters and absolutely love the design and colours. They arrived beautifully gift-wrapped, complete with a handwritten note, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Nina was incredibly friendly, helpful and quick to respond throughout.

Nina’s placemats are beautiful! It was so difficult to choose, but I’ve just received my set of Karlaplan design and I love them. Nina’s attention to detail is superb, and her personal customer service is exemplary (I received several messages, and when the order arrived it was beautifully wrapped with a personal card enclosed). Had the pleasure of going to collect from Nina's studio in person (though also very dangerous as spotting more things I would like to buy!) The Ekotemplet placemats I purchased were just what I had been looking for, not only beautiful but beautifully packaged so the whole experience of buying from Nina, collecting and opening our purchase was just lovely. Now the only problem is my table doesn't quite do them justice!

The design that Nina D created for my decorating business has been invaluable. My logo is so eye catching and I have had many positive comments. The colours used are bright and really stands out on my van. It is very different from many other van signage and because of this has increased my enquiries massively. Nearly all enquiries I receive are because of this design. She listened to the ideas that I had in mind, is very approachable and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
