Each Amaryllis Rilona flower has been hand painted with watercolour, carefully cut out by hand and layered to create a striking bouquet with depth, texture and a beautiful two-dimensional effect. Although the artwork appears layered, the finished surface is completely smooth, durable and easy to care for.
Meticulously handmade in England, each placemat is individually cut and laminated using sustainably sourced eucalyptus board, finished with a non-slip cork backing and hand lacquered edges. The result is a luxurious piece of functional art designed for both beauty and everyday living.

Amaryllis Rilona was inspired by the dusky pink amaryllis flowers from Nina’s Stockholm childhood home — her mother’s favourite bloom during the winter into spring season.
