Meticulously hand-illustrated, our designs are inspired by Nina’s treasured Scandinavian upbringing and family traditions. Please note that this coaster is produced by our previous manufacturer and is slightly darker in their resolution than our new production, as well as no lacquered edge as per new production.

DESIGN INSPIRATION:
I grew up in Solna, a suburb just to the north of Stockholm city centre and a lot of my childhood was spent exploring the local royal park called Hagaparken. I particularly liked to play in the Haga Echo Temple which was built in 1790 as a summer dining room for King Gustav III, who loved to entertain outdoors. As well as being a focal point in the park, the acoustics produced by the oval shape assisted the conversation of the king and his guests across the large oval table.
