DESIGN INSPIRATION:
Inspired by a Swedish traditional weaving method called Näver using bark from Birch trees. It was first introduced to me by my Grandfather who emigrated to Sweden from Telise Village just outside Leningrad, during the Second World War. Viktor was an exceptional craftsman and a proud Ingrian.

Sustainably sourced eucalyptus board.
Heat resistant up to 140 degrees with a smooth melamine gloss coating.
Non slip cork backing protecting your surface.

Adequate for plate, glass and cutlery. This is a large Euro size placemat with plenty of space for plate, cutlery and glass.
