Beautiful medium size contemporary Stortorget placemat for your home in elegant ochre yellow with a superior lacquered finish. Meticulously hand-illustrated with a two dimensional layering technique. Each design is named after a person or a place close to my heart back home in Sweden, inspired by my personal upbringing and family traditions.
Matching serving trays, large Euro size table mat, round cork-backed placemats and drink coasters also available in the Stortorget design. This is our new delivery of Stortorget in a brighter colour palette and with lacquered edges of the eucalyptus board. Sold individually so you can mix and match to your personal taste.

Each order comes beautifully gift wrapped for free with tissue paper and branded ‘Nina D’ ribbon. Together with a personal handwritten note and leaflet explaining the design inspiration. Packaged in environmentally friendly corrugated card and cardboard box for extra protection.
Our placemats are individually handcrafted in England (cut, laminated and pressed with the protective lacquered melamine resin) heat-resistant up to 140 degrees celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit).

DESIGN INSPIRATION: Named after the oldest square in Stockholm’s beautiful Old Town with its golden facades and striking architecture. Stortorget translates to ‘the big square’.
